World Mental Health Day Event friday 7th October

On friday 7th October 2011 there is a free event being held at Merthyr Leisure Centre from 10.30am to 2.30pm.

Come along and try a variety of activities such as:
- zumba
- Swimming
- Japanese Drumming
- complimentary therapy

Entertainment will be provided during the day by Merthyr Aloud Community Choir and Mind Cymru "Changing minds" play.

Light buffet and refreshments are provided.

There are also a variety of information and craft stalls.

Lets talk about fire, cars and crime!

Are you aged 11 - 25 years old. Trefechan Communities First and Youth Service are holding an event on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th September 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Trefechan Community centre.

Come along and let talk about fire, cars and crime. Come and see KT Cruize - the fire cruize car and meet our local fire service.

Free food and free Goodie bag.
