The Home Heat Helpline is a free service to help people who are worried about paying their energy bills and keeping warm. Calls are answered by friendly, expert advisors who are trained to give quick and clear information on energy efficiency, grants for home insulation, reduced tariffs, benefits and payment schemes. You can call yourself, or ring on behalf of a friend, relative, patient or client.
The Home Heat Helpline is open 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 3pm on Saturdays – and it won’t cost you a penny to ring.
If you only have access to a mobile phone, please call into the Communities First Office to access the freephone number at any time.
